Biography
Anthony Passero is a Principal Consultant and Business Strategist with more than two decades of experience building, advising, and scaling businesses in complex, regulated environments.
He entered the financial services industry in the early 2000s and founded Lifeguard Financial in 2008, growing the company into one of the largest debt relief organizations in the United States, with annual revenue exceeding $200 million. During that period, Anthony developed a deep understanding of backend operations, cash-flow engineering, compliance pressure, and the realities of scaling under scrutiny.
As part of his work building infrastructure at scale, Anthony created and was issued a patent for enterprise software built on Department of Defense (DoD) 5015.2 standards, reflecting his early focus on secure systems, data integrity, and technology designed to perform in highly regulated environments.
Throughout his career, Anthony has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, advised law firms, technology companies, and healthcare-adjacent organizations on capital opportunities, and worked closely with leadership teams navigating growth, restructuring, and strategic transitions. He also served as President of Sales for a company that ultimately went public at an $11 billion valuation, providing first hand exposure to enterprise-level governance, execution, and scale.
Today, Anthony advises founders, executives, investors, and operators—primarily in legal, healthcare, and other regulated industries—on operational design, capital strategy, technology integration, financial structuring, and business development. His work centers on designing durable infrastructure that allows organizations to grow without chaos, margin erosion, or hidden exposure.
Anthony is known for working behind the scenes, designing the systems leaders operate within rather than managing companies for clients. His advisory approach prioritizes clarity, structure, and long-term control over short-term wins.
Beyond his professional work, Anthony is a father, investor, and philanthropist. He is the founder of AlwaysProgress.org, a nonprofit organization dedicated to mentoring at-risk youth and helping them build discipline, confidence, and opportunity through guidance and accountability.
